ABOUT US

The Punjabi-American Cultural Association (PACA) was founded in 2002, as a non-profit organization. The association was founded by 11 individuals with various personas but with one main goal in mind -- to positively integrate the Punjabi and American cultures. The overall objective of PACA is to create a better understanding of the Punjabi culture and Sikh religion with the public at large.

Soon after being established, we held our first event in attempt to better educate the public about Sikhism. The event, 'A Cultural Evening', was dedicated to the victims and heroes of Sept. 11th and was attended by approximately 600 individuals. With the help of the Punjabi and Sikh community, PACA plans on organizing many similar events in the future.
