With a change in venue for 2007, the Punjabi-American Cultural Association organized yet another Punjabi Heritage Festival. This year's festival was held at the Vallejo Fairgrounds in Vallejo, CA.

The crowd of an estimated 2,500 was able to enjoy bhangra performances by Josheelay Punjabi and the Diamond Club of Northern California as well as giddha by the UC Davis Giddha Squad. The evening's main attraction was Movie Star and Comedian Gurpreet Ghuggi and famous singer Debi Makhsoospuri.

The grand sponsors of the event was India Chaat and Sweets.
